Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations of the company.
Manage office supplies, documentation, and staff records.
Coordinate HR matters including recruitment, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Support management in company projects and event coordination.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Experience in administration or office management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
